Our Disaster Recovery Services
Disaster Recovery Center is placed inside Big Band Data Center at the office block which located at NTT Communication Cyberjaya 1. The features of Disaster Recovery Centre are incorporate with following infrastructures:
  • include standard tables & chairs
  • include one (1) data point and one (1) power sockets per seat
  • include common lighting & air-conditioner
  • include one (1) shared multipurpose printer, fax & scanner
  • include one (1) shared paper shredder
  • include one (1) whiteboard
  • include one (1) swing door cabinet
  • include shared 100 Mbps Big Band Internet Access
  • the DRC and all services above will be available in 4 hours after customer call for DR invocation
  • include 2 rehearsals usage for recovery plan a year. Rehearsals must be conducted during office hours within 5 calendar days in a year. Rehearsals required a prior arrangement of at least 2 weeks. Resource availability and additional charges will be incurred for Weekend Rehearsals.
  • Meeting rooms, projector available on first come first served basis.
  • Customer to provide own switch

Notice: -
  • Shared seats on first come first basis.
  • Customer to provide own stationeries and other office supply.
  • Customer will be charged for phone & fax usage fee based on utility bill.
  • Parking space on first come first serve basis
